To register and use the PGKing platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Must be legally eligible to enter into a binding contract.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion or prohibition register held by any regulatory body.
• Using personal information that accurate, complete and up to date upon registration.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) PGKing account only. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, IC number, phone number, email address, or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts without any refund.

Pgking reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including copies of your MyKad, utility bills, or bank statements. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

You are solely responsible for keeping your PGKing account login credentials confidential. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes you have enabled.

• Never share your password or OTP with anyone, including pgking staff. Our team will never request this information through any channel.
• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Log out of your account whenever you finish using a public or shared device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.

PGKing will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from an account holder's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately via 24/7 live chat.

PGKing supports a variety of secure and instant Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

The payment method used for deposits must be registered under the same name as the PGKing account holder. PGKing reserves the right to decline or return any deposit made using a third-party payment method.

PGKing is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to any Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered under your name.

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 per transaction.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit: RM 200,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit or to a bank account registered in your name.

All bonuses and promotions offered by PGKing are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following are general guidelines that apply to all PGKing promotions:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once only unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome bonus is exclusively available to new members who have never previously registered a PGKing account.
• The standard wagering requirement is 20x of the total bonus amount received, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
• The bonus validity period is typically 30 days from the date of issuance. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• PGKing reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of promotional abuse.

If you do not wish to receive a bonus, you may submit a request to our support team before making any deposit. Bonuses that have already been claimed and used cannot be reversed.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system.
• If a match is postponed and not completed within 24 hours from the original start time, the bet will be fully voided.

• PGKing reserves the right to void or amend any bet where odds were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• A parlay bet will be considered void if any selection within that parlay is void — the bet will be recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.

Pgking has a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, money laundering, and any form of platform abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using multiple accounts to manipulate bonuses or promotions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of any third-party software, bots, or automated tools.
• Intentionally manipulating betting limits or exploiting technical errors.
• Using another person's credit card or bank account without their authorisation.
• Any attempt to launder money or transfer illicit funds through the PGKing platform.

Should PGKing detect or suspect any fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to:

• To suspend or close the account in question immediately.
• To freeze all funds in the account pending completion of the investigation.
• To report the activity to the appropriate authorities.
• To seek full compensation for any losses incurred by PGKing.

You may close your pgking account at any time by contacting our support team. All valid remaining funds will be returned to you once the verification process is complete.

PGKing reserves the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Engaging in activities suspected of fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• A court order or directive from the relevant authorities.

PGKing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including:

• Loss of anticipated winnings.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond pgking's control (force majeure).
• Data loss resulting from cyberattacks or third-party system failures.
• Game outcome disputes arising from a misunderstanding of the game's terms.

Pgking's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount actually deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Pgking collects and processes your personal data solely for platform operations, identity verification, payment processing, and legal compliance. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
